about this project

This project was my first real dive into the sound / lighting / set design field taking the role of Lead Technician for the show, having to use the 'Fat Frog' from Zero 88 to program the lighting and the Soundcraft Spirit M12 for the audio both for the first time while teaching two other students alongside me how to use the equipment which learning myself.

Tech Specs:

8x Sennheiser EW-300 G4 Beltpack TX/RX with beige headset mics run through the Soundcraft Spirit M12 out to 2x 500W 15" Speakers. This being my first hands-on with wireless systems and mixers, there was a large learning curve for me while working alongside two other new techs who were equally as inexperienced, learning how to level, EQ and mix effectively.

Zero 88 Fat Frog Lighting Desk with 24x Dimmer Channels with Tungsten Filament Lights such as spots, washes, etc. It was definately an experience getting to use the Frog desk for a show, having to learn how to program cues, finding little easter eggs left by previous techs was also a fun plus!
